Huckgu:n has also been busy on the dress front, and we have several bandeau dresses with sash belts, in a variety of pretty patterned fabrics. With nipped-in waists and flowing tops, these dresses suit almost every body type, and are made in non-crease fabric - perfect for throwing in the suitcase for those trips to beaches around the country!

On the slightly more casual front, Charislee has dresses in cotton/lycra fabric, screen printed with leaves or circles. The long tshirt styles are great for weekends and BBQ parties, while the strapless leaf-printed design looks fabulous dresses up with heels and a cute little bag for a night on the town.

Wellington label Macska has also been bitten by the dress bug, and is busily making wrap-around and halter-neck style dresses in a variety of light and pretty summer fabrics. We've got one or two new Macska dresses coming in every week, but be in quick, as they're usually gone as soon as they arrive instore!

Summer with Humanity

Fans of Wellington label Humanity will be excited to know that we now have the first items from Humanity's summer range instore. Featuring shades of green and cream, asymmetric hemlines, and Grecian-inspired pleats, the summer collection is soft, feminine and pretty. Wrap tops drape beautifully under deep V necklines. Beads dangle down from wide shoulders. Ribbons wrap around waists. Lightweight ponchos and overtops flow over shoulders and arms. Beautiful garments that would be at home in your everyday wardrobe, and pretty enough to wear to one of those summer weddings.

The friendly folk at Mofire have been busy with their fimo creations, and dropped in a whole bunch of new badges. As well as there popular quirky designs such as silver robots and electric guitars, there is a bit of a festive theme with a couple of jack'o'lanterns grinning evilly.

And just arrived today - new tops from Juli Hunter in her very popular ballerina top style, with deep scoop necks and wide ribbons crossing around the waist multiple times, in a different fabric option for the new season.

Charislee and Craftwerk

A warm welcome to new Nelson designer Charislee, whose fun and funky designs arrived instore yesterday. Boobtubes in sizes 8-14, featuring bold colours and stripes, and screen prints of plants, peacocks, and circles, are great for this summers strapless look. In cotton-blend fabrics, they are feminine and easy-wearing. Denim slouch bags featuring prints of circles are the perfect size and style for taking to the office or the beach. We're expecting a selection of Charislee strapless dresses within the next two weeks as well - watch this space!

For those fans of crafts out there, it's time for the next version of Craftwerk. Being held this Labour Day at the Southern Cross (on Able Smith St) from 2pm - 5pm, this installment of Craftwerk is likely to be as popular as all the others. Jam-packed with stalls of fun and funky accessories, clothes, art, and home baking, made by local talented folk, there is sure to be something for everyone. And this time, Triangle has it's own Craftwerk stall! Featuring lots of fun accessories and clothes, it's going to be our shop-away-from-a-shop for the day. Spring! Bounce! Yay!

Oh dear - we've been so busy admiring all the new designs that have been coming in, that
we haven't updated our blog for a while to tell you all about them! Oh well, we're back
now and ready to rave about all the gorgeous pieces that have been pouring into the
store lately.
First up, Stina has sent us a jam-packed full box of all sorts of summer goodies. Strapless
tops with draping, rouching, button details, and splashes of paint, looking elegent but
funky at the same time. Sleeveless tops with ribbon ties at the neck are proving very
popular already. Made with light-weight cottons in floral or pastel stripe prints, these
have been flying out the door as soon as they arrive, so be in quick!
Kate Watts is also focusing on the florals this summer, only it's from the darker side
of the garden. We have both summer dresses and cross-over cap-sleeve tops in black, with
dark burgundy and copper flowers swirling over them. Adding a touch of ladylike class to
summer dressing, we have just received a new selection of Kate's ever-popular fingerless
gloves, in pretty spring colours of rose pink, silver lurex, soft grey, and burgundy floral.
Recidivist has been busy, re-constructing various garments and fabrics into funky combinations
of colours and textures, with tops and skirts for the girls, and shirts for the guys.
Lots of bright colours and funky prints have also been coming in from Involved. For the guys
we have tshirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, and lightweight summer hoodies in green, black, grey,
white, blue, and a very colourful orange/blue/white stripe. For the girls, shirts in pink/blue
check, extra-long rouched singlet tops in green, blue, grey, and black/white stripe, and hooded
dresses in red, black, and grey.
Scrappers has branched out a bit for spring - as well as her childrens tees and soft toys
featuring beaten-up, pirate, or ninja teddy bears, we now have mens and womens tees with
a variety of "scrapper" bear styles.
Add even more gorgeousness to your spring wardrobe with new jewellery - we've been
getting lots of new, shiny and sparkly bits and pieces arriving as well!
Aiden has been a busy lad, crafting stunning and unique rings and brooches out of solid sterling silver.
The rather organic designs of his jewellery take on even more of a nature focus, with brooches cast
out of driftwood. The detail on these pieces has to be seen to be believed.
From the middle of the South Island, we've received a box full of new Gaia jewllery, with brooches made
of paua and shaped like flowers, rings of semi-precious stones, silver, and copper, and heavy
necklaces and earrings made of silver and dark pearls.
New designs just keep on arriving, so keep on calling into Triangle - we'll have pretty new things
on display every week! (And for those lovers of WAS bags, we're expecting a shipment of satchel
bags (both large and their new small size) and laptop bags to arrive this weekend. Yay!)

New goodies instore now!

Once again, our wonderful group of designers have been busy little bees, hard at work over their sewing machines and knitting needles. And this week, we have a whole lot of new goodies for you to look at! Just arrived instore in all their shiny new glory are....

Hyryz bags. Branching out into using plastic-covered fabric, the new Hyryz satchel bags have gorgeous retro-styled flaps, zip pockets on the inside, and spaces for your cellphone and iPod. Hyryz also has a whole new style, which we just received instore today - beautiful shoulder bags with zip pockets, retro fabrics (made all waterproof to withstand our lovely Wellington weather) and little pockets for cellphones and all those other little bits of technology we like to keep close to hand.

Eagerly awaited by his many loyal fans, Tripod has delivered another crop of funky street-ready ultra-wide-leg jeans, long shorts, hoodies, and tshirts, for both guys and gals. And for the girls who like a touch of prettiness in their wardrobe, we now have Tripod floral belts and polka-dot headscarves.

Juli Hunter has been busy as usual, and we now have ultra-warm hoodies in both chocolate brown and black. With double-ended zips up the front, ultra-thick fleece, and pockets the perfect size for hands, these will keep you stylish and warm in those strange weather days of late winter and early spring.

Since it's still very cold out there, WWW has also been a busy lass, making lots of extremely soft and snuggly hand-knitted scarves and sleeves to help beat those winds.

Recidivist has brought in a whole new batch of her reconstructed and mixed-up designs, in bright shades and unique fabrics to make sure that no one else can ever own quite the same piece of clothing as you.

Those fans of Kate Watt's fingerless gloves will be pleased to hear that we just received a whole new bunch of them today, all the way from Christchurch. This time round, they are in pretty pastel shades of blue, green, and pink, and are sure to fly out the door just as fast as all of the last ones!

As you can see, there are lots of new goodies to look at instore at the moment - why not come on in and see for yourself?
